With over 30 years of professional experience, James K. Duerr, C.P.A., M.S., has an extensive track-record in tax planning and business consultation for corporations and individuals. Jim worked in a large, public firm in New York City as well as in his own practice. He has helped many multi-state corporations with allocations between states, and multi-state individual returns. He also has comprehensive understanding of investment strategies for real-estate investors in the United States and abroad, including tax consequences of 1031 exchanges, real-estate professional status and entity structuring.
